Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed in accordance with O&M Manuals, PPM planner and on-site requirements or as relevant.
Supervise third-party contractors/vendors with respect to work order completion.
To ensure that all areas including, the public realm, building facilities, beaches and promenades areas are cleaned to the required standards and to be aware of any additional tasks that may require attention.
To recognize and initiate the need for any additional tasks and arrange for them to be completed by taking responsibility of the task personally, ensuring that it is recorded in the correct manner.
To report and record any maintenance requirements.
Monitor all the Waste Management assets for its upkeep, always kept in hygienic condition, including overflow of waste.
Carry out due diligence as per Contract document for the Service Provider managed by the Department.
Assist Cleaning and Waste Management Specialist in managing the service deliverables and Performance Management System related to the Contract managed by the department.
Assist in the development of specifications for the provision of Cleaning Services, Pest Control Services, Window and Facade Cleaning, Sanitary Disposal and Waste Management.
To maintain the Cleaning departments SOP Manual, creating new standard operating procedures where necessary in conjunction with the Cleaning and Waste Management Specialist
Promote best and safe working culture as per Industry best practice, Approved Code of Practice, Industry Standards and HSSEQL guidelines.
Investigate and maintain a working knowledge of developments in route planning to provide optimum compliance and develop ideas to continuously improve waste removal performance and assist the Cleaning and Waste Management Specialist to implement improvements.
To carry out regular ‘pull’ checks of all the approved Tenants, including count of waste containers/ skips and order supplies as required from the nominated suppliers.
Complete and hold accurate records required by the department, using the relevant computer systems and software packages.
Monitor and inspect all the waste removal and cleaning resources in conjunction with the Cleaning and Waste Management specialist cleaning required throughout the sites.
Attend site and weekly meetings as and when required.
To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of the customers’ business requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
To Supervise the daily facilities operations of all Public realm, building facilities and waste management etc., in relation to cleaning and waste management
Support the implementation and maintaining of ISO standards, including local authority requirements.
Assist in the review of tender and other relevant documents as required.
Carry out Audits as per schedule to manage relevant service deliverables.
Liaise with co-ordinate with all the stakeholders as and when required.
Actively participate in awareness program and assist Cleaning and Waste management Specialist to development of the program.
